Observation on data availability/gaps

Types of indicators were generally mentioned in page 47 of the National Energy Efficiency Action Plan, without any supporting data. (https://www.pmo.gov.my/wp-content/uploads/2019/07/National-Energy-Efficiency-Action-Plan.pdf). IEA website contains energy efficiency indicators for its members, with limited energy-related indicators on Malaysia country page (Malaysia is not a member country). Thus, data for Malaysia is not included/available.
