The ERA5-HEAT dataset provides a comprehensive historical reconstruction of human thermal stress and discomfort indices in outdoor conditions, focusing on mean radiant temperature (MRT) and the universal thermal climate index (UTCI). Using ERA5 reanalysis data from ECMWF, it covers 1940 to the present and is regularly updated.
