Country-level data is published by IMF: https://climatedata.imf.org/pages/fi-indicators/#fr1
The objective of the Climate Change Indicators Dashboard is to provide a platform for disseminating climate change data for macroeconomic and financial stability analysis. Users of the Dashboard will be able to assess the linkage between economic and financial activities and government policies on the one hand, and climate change (and environment more broadly) on the other—either on a country-level or cross country basis—by analysing a standardized set of comparable data.
